Terms

Referral Service Only

Halifax Pallets is a referral service. We pass requests to partner suppliers in our network. We don't sell, buy, repair, recycle or deliver pallets ourselves, and we aren't a party to any order.

Partner Suppliers

Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, delivery, warranties and returns. Any order is between you and the supplier. Availability depends on partner suppliers.

No Warranty

This site and its content are provided as is, for general information. We give no warranty about the site, its content or any supplier's products or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Halifax Pallets isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from dealing with a partner supplier.
