About This Site

Halifax Pallets is a referral service. It passes pallet requests to partner suppliers in its network, who prepare quotes.

What the Form Collects

The quote request form collects your name, email address, phone number, ZIP or postal code, pallet grade, service, quantity and any comments you add.

How Your Request Is Used

Requests go to the 1DB lead platform and to partner suppliers so they can prepare a quote and follow up with you. We don't sell your information.

Retention

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and meet legal obligations, then delete them. Partner suppliers keep what they receive under their own policies.

Analytics and Cookies

We use PostHog to count visits and see which pages and links are used. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, are counted without any cookie or other storage on their device. For other visitors, a first-party cookie holds a random identifier. We use your IP address only to estimate your city and region, and we don't store it. We don't record your screen or what you type into forms, and we don't sell or share analytics data for advertising.
